Important Point to Note:

Any transaction done on a Monday gets cleared off from NWS GLOBAL by 12 Noon on Tuesday.

How We stop & Reverse a Payment in situation of a fraud being reported within safe time period?

  • In any case, if a fraud is reported within the advised safe time frame, we stop the payment & request the Sender of the payment to provide further documentations to prove legitimate use/ permission from the Credit Card/ Debit Card Holder.
  • Within a time frame of 45 Bank Working Days, the payment is reversed back to the credit card/ debit card holders Account with a reversal charge of 3.5% applicable.
  • In some cases the payments may held upto 180 working days or more.. depending upon how authorities would want us to go ahead on the same.
  • Please Note: Many a times our Payment Partners ( Payment Gateways, etc ), may ask us not to process the payment due to any issues which they find to be worrying, then in such cases too, we will hold the payment upto 180 working days or more.

How a Fraud Payment Resolution Is done at NWS GLOBAL?

  • At NWS GLOBAL, if authorities reports a fraud which has been filed with them by the Credit Card Holder, Debit Card Holder, Bank Account holder, Or any financial tool Holder, which/or whose account/tool/means has been used to pay at NWS GLOBAL, We will share all the details of the customer whose account is subject to the fraud. This will be in purview of the right of the authorities.
  • The Fraud Payment Could be Declared Fraud, Indicative Fraud, Suspicion of Fraud or Under Investigation Fraud.
  • Once a Investigation will be in process from the authorities, any payment on that account in that time period will be kept on hold. Until there is no complete Go ahead from the authorities in a written manner, the account of the user will stay suspended.
  • In the meantime, the team of NWS GLOBAL will get involved with the authorities in order to come to a final conclusion. Number of Hours Spent on resolution will be a cost affair & for the same a bill will be adjusted from the user. The same will be adjusted from the balance or payment in hold, or a bill shall be sent to the User in question to settle. Also any penalty or whatsoever financial payoff will be claimed from the authorities end, shall be the liability of the user to pay/settle.
  • Please note, once a process of hold is initiated it will be for minimum 90-180 Bank Working days ( or as the banks/authorities will advise ).
  • Once a clearance from the legal/Admin/authorities (involving banks or cyber police or police or courts, etc.) is received, either in electronic way, that is email or in Hard copy document, the same funds ( with whatever subject to deduction on the charges for legal expenses/penalties etc.) will be released within 45 Banking Days max ( Post the clearance received). Also, if in between any new cases arises on the same user as a second time offence, whether it holds true or not, subject to investigation again, all the funds in the account will again be put on hold.
  • IMPORTANT: The Above are just for reference. There could be more depth in the process of resolution of Fraud Payment/ Indicated Fraud & that could be communicated on case to case basis.

Registered name, email address and phone number associated with your NWS GLOBAL account.

Bank message or statement, relevant screenshots and a clear description of what happened.

Bank complaint reference, card-block confirmation or cybercrime acknowledgement number.

Common payment fraud patterns

Pause and verify any request that creates urgency, asks for confidential details or promises an unexpected reward.

Phishing messages

Fake emails, SMS messages or websites designed to steal account or card information.

OTP or CVV requests

Someone posing as a bank, NWS GLOBAL representative or merchant asks for an OTP, PIN or CVV.

Remote-access scams

A caller asks you to install a screen-sharing or remote-control application for a refund or KYC update.

Unauthorized payments

A transaction appears on your bank or card statement that you did not approve.

Fake refund links

A link or QR code claims to receive a refund but instead requests a payment or account access.

NWS GLOBAL support can review the transaction information, request relevant documents and coordinate on platform-related findings. Your card-issuing bank controls card blocking and the formal card dispute or chargeback process.

  • You receive an acknowledgement on your registered contact channel.
  • The submitted transaction details and evidence are reviewed.
  • Additional information may be requested where needed.
  • You are informed about the appropriate next step or responsible institution.

Simple habits that protect every payment

01Never share debit or credit card details over an unsolicited phone call.

02Never share an OTP, PIN or CVV with anyone, including someone claiming to be from a bank.

03Use official bank and NWS GLOBAL links that you type or open from a trusted source.

04Turn on transaction alerts and review card statements regularly.
